The pillow that lets you choose your support. The Double Core pillow is available in
two different support levels. The Standard Double-Core® offers two levels of support; medium and firm. The Firm Double-Core® offers
firm and extra firm support. It gives you two choices for proper neck and back support as you
sleep on each pillow. Choose the firmness that is comfortable for you. Pillow size
is 22"x16". White pillowcase included

| Using your Core® Cervical Pillow: |
Core's precision-cut foam cervical pillows help support your neck in it's proper, most natural position. the colored cores provide increased support and maximum comfort while extending pillow life. If you haven't slept on a cervical pillow, your body may require some time to adapt. Initially, begin using the pillow with the lobes down, sleeping on the softest side. This will allow your body to gradually adjust to a cervical pillow. After several weeks turn the pillow lobes up and sleep on the side that provides the best support while still being comfortable. |
