The Neck & Neck cervical pillow offers you a choice of two different heights to support the natural hollow in your neck's contour. Each side of the pillow is uniquely designed with a specially configured surface that gently cradles your head and neck without tilting or lifting it up- a major cause of stiff necks and shoulders. The "memory foam" makes it an extremely comfortable pillow...it  continuously self-adjusts to relieve pressure points. 

Originally developed for NASA astronauts to provide superior sleeping/sitting surfaces during their long flights. Contoured shape gently supports your head and neck for more natural spinal alignment. A ring of air promotes air circulation for a more comfortable sleeping surface. The pillow is composed of hypoallergenic polyurethane foam and fire retardant. Machine washable pillow protector is 100% cotton with a nylon zipper. Dimensions approximately L: 21" x W: 16" x  D: 4½". Lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects.

Care:  Do not machine wash, spot wash the foam by hand with a damp cloth, a mild detergent, and a little warm water. If you have to wash the pillow, place it briefly in a tub of warm water and mild detergent. Rinse and gently squeeze out excess water before lying flat to dry. Do not wring or twist the foam..
